Can you make me a custom banner design?
Please contact us and ask! It's very time consuming to make a design from scratch, but if it's a great idea that we can list on our site, we would certainly consider it!
Can I customize a banner that isn't customizable?

Can you make a different size banner?
Possibly! We are locked in at 2.5' height, but the width can be whatever!
What kind of paper do you use?
Super strong paper! 24lb weight, and it comes to us on rolls 300 ft wide that we load into our printer.
Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We just ship within the United States right now!
How long does shipping take?
Ground shipping from USPS generally take 3-5 days. We recommend ordering no more than a week before when you need it!
When will you ship my order?
We will ship next business day in most instances. If you order early enough in the day, it might even go out that same day!
How are the banners shipped?
We ship our banners rolled in sturdy triangle tubes.

Do you accept returns?
Every banner is made to order, so we cannot accept returns. If the item is flawed or different from what you ordered, then please contact us to discuss!
What is SugarDoodles Co?
We originally started our custom coloring banners shop on Etsy as "SugarDoodles Co." We have over 1,200 sales and 190 reviews, averaging 5 stars!
When we decided to start our own standalone website, we decided to totally rebrand! So you may still see some "SugarDoodles" mentions here and there - but that's still us!
